VOILA PHONE HAITI These are the steps to help online from any part of the world:
1. Please go to www.voilacomcel.com
2. go to “Minutes Top UP”
3. Enter the phone number
4. Bill in billing information (for Visa, this is a two stage process)
5. Finalize the top up
6. Inform melissa.elliott@blackboxcommunications.ca , she will inform via twitter to Haiti crew
